$1 Billion Wind Farm Planned For Iowa

Trade Wind Energy, a developer of wind energy, is planning a $1 billion wind farm project in Washington County, Iowa. If the full project is realized, there will be 335 wind turbines that will produce up to 500 megawatts. The project will be a big win for local land owners who can lease out their land and for the local economy as workers will need to be hired for the project.
